Untold Short Shorts are supporter-submitted short stories, anecdotes, poems, and experiences of no more than 100 words. Every story has value and merit, which is why we publish every story we receive.

Philosophy
Every person has a story to tell.
No matter who you are, where you come from, or what you’ve experienced, you’ve lived stories. By sharing your story, you provide an opportunity for connection with other people. You don’t have to consider yourself a storyteller to tell stories – you just have to share them.
> Length: Submissions may not exceed 100 words.
> Language: Submissions may be written in any language.
> Anonymity: Stories may be submitted anonymously or under a pen name.
> Review: Untold International reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity and content, and reserves the right to refuse publication of obscene, profane, xenophobic, or exploitative stories.
Each week, one Short Short will be selected to be featured across Untold International’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Storytellers who would prefer not to be featured can opt out at the time of submission.
All submissions will be publicly accessible after publication at untoldinternational.org/blog under the category “Untold Short Shorts.”
Untold Short Shorts is a project in association with Untold International, a Colorado-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities all over the world through literacy and literature.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
> Submissions may not exceed 100 words.
> Submissions may be in any language.
> Poetry and prose submissions are accepted.
> Submissions may be made anonymously or under a pen name.
> Untold International reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity and content.
> Untold International reserves the right to reject submissions that are obscene, profane, xenophobic, or exploitative.
> Every week, we will select one Short Short to be featured on Untold International’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. If you do not want your Short Short featured, you must opt out by unchecking the box at the bottom of the form. Checking the box does not guarantee your story will be featured.
> New Short Shorts will be published every week, as long as there are submissions to be published.
